|In 2004, Beth Grubb Li received her Masters of Acupuncture degree at The Maryland University of Integrated Health in Maryland. She worked in private practice in Laurel for 14 years and currently has an office in Gaithersburg, Maryland and Germantown, Maryland. Beth is a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist through the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. Beth is also a member of the Maryland Acupuncture Society and a member of the National Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Alliance. Additionally, she is a Certified Animal Acupuncturist and has completed the 187 hour Animal Acupuncture Certification Course required in the state of Maryland. Beth earned her Bachelor Degree in Psychology at Salisbury University.Beth has studied and incorporates into her treatments numerous pain relief techniques including those from Master Tung, Dr. Richard Tan, and Sports Medicine Acupuncture by Whitfield Reaves. She enjoys treating people of all ages and is especially passionate about working with patients who have fertility concerns, with those who are pregnant, and with children and adolescents. Beth has taken courses in Tai Qi, Qi Gong, Swedish Massage, and Zero Balancing. Through all these practices and her experience as both a patient and a practitioner, she has learned that love and personal caring are ultimately the source of all healing.
